How do I place an order on NexoraKart?
Browse your desired product, click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and confirm the order. It’s that simple!
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when the product is delivered to your doorstep.
Is there any extra charge for COD?
No, there is no additional charge for Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our support within 6 hours of placing the order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
We cover most pin codes across India. If COD is not available at your location, our system will notify you during checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns are not accepted for reasons like "change of mind."

Is return shipping free?
Yes, return shipping is free for eligible issues like damage, defect, or wrong product received.
Can I exchange the product?
Currently, we only process replacements for damaged or defective products. Exchange for other products is not available.
